EMCOMM: Severe Weather Alert – Maritimes
2010-12-21

Severe weather including heavy rainfall, severe winds and storm surge
is threatening many towns and cities in the Maritimes. The weather
system that is causing this disturbance is expected to remain in place
for the next 48 hours. During this time all Amateurs are requested to
+keep the National ARES Emergency frequencies clear and monitor when
able in the event that assistance is required. Also, please pay
+particular attention to traffic on local repeaters in the event that
calls for assistance are heard.
