Advanced Radio Amateur's Examination at Lough Erne Amateur Radio Club

Herbie Graham was the first invigilator at an Advanced Examination held in
May 2012 in which the two participating candidates had their exam passes
disallowed. He has issued this statement on the matter

On Saturday the 1st of December, subject to weather conditions, Anthony
Stirk M0UPU, Dave Akerman and Neil Barnes along with Lester Haines from the
online technology news website The Register will be launching a number of
70cms RTTY based telemetry trackers under a meteorological balloon
