the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has decided to
retain the existing mix of apparatus and spectrum licensing arrangements in
the 3.5 GHz band

traditional Search and Pounch approach. Everyone is connected to a DX
cluster locally or over the Internet. Easy to use and operated by Radio
