Gary talks to two ARRL officials about the grassroots effort on House Bill
1301, the second run at a bill that would extend PRB-1 protection to
private Homeowner's Association rules. Bill Morine N2COP is the ARRL
Roanoke Division Vice-Director. Karl Bowman is the North Carolina Section
Manager. Note that the video has a lot support from web sites, but this is
one of the better HamRadioNow "radio programs."
