The 13th National Winter Games of China to be held in Xinjiang Uyghur
Autonomous Region.

At the same time ,the Xinjiang Amateur Radio DX Association will use the
call sign BYØAA on 4Ø through 6 meters with SSB, RTTY and PSK31 from 2Ø Jan
until 3Ø Jan .Special QSL cards will be printed.
