KOSO Patterson/Modesto CA to Country 92.9 The Big Dog.

The new format takes on Cumulus market-leading Kat Country 103 KATM and one
of the domains iHeart had registered was the pretty direct
KatKiller929.com. The new stations lineup will be led by the syndicated
Bobby Bones in mornings, 102.7 The Wolf KHGE Fresno afternoon host Greg
Lane in middays, Christina Martinez in afternoons, and CMT Live with Cody
Alan at night.

WOMG Columbia Returns To Classic Hits

After two and half years as Country, Cumulus has returned the Classic Hits
format to 98.5 WOMG Lexington/Columbia SC.

WOMG relaunched as Classic Hits 98.5 at 2:00 this afternoon with 5,000
songs in a row commercial free. The station previously was Oldies and
Classic Hits on 103.1 and then 98.5 from 1990 until its flip to Country
Nash-FM in February 2014. It would later segue to the Nash Icon brand in
March 2015.

Benji Norton will shift from sister Sports 107.5 The Game WNKT to mornings
on WOMG.

Greater Media debuted the new format on 105.1 WMGC-FM at noon today as the
station flipped to Classic Hip-Hop 105.1 The Bounce.

Debuting the new format with the usual 10,000 songs commercial-free, the
new format fills a vacancy between the two Urbans, two Urban ACs, two CHRs,
and one Hot AC in the market. The station intends to focus on music from
the 1990s and 2000s. The station launched with Eminems Real Slim Shady,
Notorious B.I.Gs Hypnotize and Mark Morrisons Return Of The Mack as its
first three songs.

WMGC-FM will remain the flagship for the NBAs Detroit Pistons for the
2016-17 season as it runs out its contract with the franchise. The station
dropped its nearly three year old Sports format on Wednesday evening.

Detroit’s Throwback Hip Hop and RB!

105.1 The Bounce will feature throwback hip hop and RB songs from the 90’s
and 2000’s, including artists that span from 2Pac and Ice Cube to Drake and
Rihanna.

The station officially kicked off the new format today at noon by unveiling
the first of 10,000 songs in a row. The new on-air line-up will be
announced in the near future.

“Greater Media is thrilled to unveil this fun and unique new format in the
Motor City,� said Vice President and Market Manager Steve Chessare. “We
look forward to providing a fun, fresh new sound featuring some of the best
throwback hip hop and RB sounds over the past for our listeners to enjoy!�

iHeartMedia has resurrected the Variety Hits Tom-FM brand on 92.9 WRDX
Smyrna/Dover DE.

92.9 Tom-FM replaces the Hot AC Mix 92.9 identity that had debuted in
September 2014. With the change, the syndicated Elvis Duran show is
replaced with a simulcast of Glenn Bob from sister 97.3 The River WRVV
Harrisburg PA. Kat remains in middays and Mario Lopez in nights, while Leah
Rizzo adds afternoons to her duties as traffic reporter for the iHeart
Delaware cluster.

Desert into co-owned Major Market Radio LLC. The big question is if Stolz
changes his mind will he spend years filing objections and legal challenges
to it to the FCC like he did in Sacramento following his sale of 106.5 KWOD
to Entercom?

MSButtoni sells Conservative Talk iTalk US 1230 WEZO Augusta GA to Norma
Lewis 21st Century Broadcasting for $350,000. Lewis will begin operating
the station immediately via a Time Brokerage Agreement.

Phase Two Communications sells AC Fantasy Radio 101.5 WFTZ Manchester TN to
Bowman Broadcasting for $425,000. Bowman owns AC 93.9 The Duck WDUC
Lynchburg TN, which shares signal overlap with WFTZ.

Berkshire Broadcasting has completed the move of the FM signal for Classic
Hits B107.3 850 WAXB Ridgefield CT from 107.3 W297AN Danbury to 94.5 W233CF.

The new 94.5 translators signal covers a wider portion of Northern
Fairfield County CT. Repositioning as More Music. More Fun, B94.5 continues
to focus its playlist on hits of the 1970s and 80s.

The 107.3 translator will now be paired with 98.3 WDAQ-HD3 and has begun
stunting with Christmas music in preparation of launching a new format on
Tuesday, July 5 at 12:00pm. We have previously reported in our Premium
Daily Domains that Berkshire had registered TheBull1073.com and
Blazin1073.com for it.

Berkshire Broadcasting (Danbury, Connecticut) has relocated its classic
hits format from 107.3 FM (W297AN) to the recently authorized 94.5FM
(W233CF).

The station, previously known as “B1073 Danbury’s Classic Hits,� is
continuing the “B� branding at its new dial position (“The New B945�), but
has changed positioning to “More Music. More Fun!�

WAXB-AM (850 khz), licensed to Ridgefield, Connecticut, remains the
originating station for “The New B945.�

With the move of the classic hits format to 94.5, Berkshire is unveiling an
“All Christmas� format on 107.3 (W297AN). “It’s Christmas in July,� says
B945 Program Director Rich Minor. “Santa’s elves are currently conducting
market research to determine the best format option for Greater Danbury.
The new 107.3 format will be coming down the chimney on Tuesday, July 5th
at noon.�

WDAQ HD-3 (98.3) will originate the new format on 107.3.

Berkshire Broadcasting is the owner/operator of the following stations in
the Danbury, Connecticut Nielsen market: WLAD (N/T), WDAQ (“98Q�/Hot AC),
WAXB/W233CF (Classic Hits), WDAQ HD-2/W279CI (Alternative) and

WDAQ HD-3/W279AN (debuting 7/5 at noon).

Townsquare Media has closed on its acquisitions of 1230 WTBC/100.1 W261BT
Tuscaloosa and 102.9 WNPT-FM Marion AL from John Sisty Enterprises and its
divestiture of 99.1 WDGM Greensboro AL to Educational Media Foundation.

With the closing the Sports format of 99.1 The Tide WDGM has moved to 102.9
as Tide 102.9. The move shifts the Sports programming from the Class C3
signal of WDGM to the stronger C2 of WNPT-FM.

The Catfish Country Classic Country format that had been heard on all three
of Sistys stations remains on 1230 WTBC/100.1 W261BT as Catfish 100.1. EMF
has relaunched 99.1 WDGM under its Christian AC K-Love network and new WLXQ
call letters.

Jackson Radio Works has moved Hot Country 101.5 W268CA Jackson MI to a new
frequency and relaunched it as 95.9 The Power Cow.

Now airing on 1450 WIBM/95.9 W240DG Jackson, the move increases the
stations coverage on the western side of Jackson. The ESPN programming that
had been heard on 1450 continues on ESPN 101.9 W270CJ/105.3 WKHM-HD2. No
word yet on what programming will replace the Country format on 101.5.

The Power Cow features a local lineup from 6am to 7pm daily with Scott Clow
in mornings, Captain Steve in middays, and Greg Green in afternoons.
