Sorry, this title is pure click bait, aimed mostly here at QRZ.com. This
episode has nothing to do with that wildly popular little game, though
wouldnt it be great if there were a ham radio component?



This episode is about the amended Amateur Radio Parity Act that was
approved by the House Energy & Commerce Committee on July 13, and sent
along to the full House.



Amended, you ask? Actually, you probably dont ask. Its been hotly debated
here on the Zed in...

A petition has been posted at "change.org" demanding transparency at the
American Radio Relay League. Those who are uncomfortable with the "star
chamber" style of governance at the ARRL may find this petition and its
demands for transparency to be worthwhile and reasonable. The link to the

Saturday 23rd July 2016 will see the first National Ham Radio BBQ in
Hockley, Essex sponsored by Waters & Stanton, Europe’s Ham Store.



In addition to the ability to meet other hams, some of the big brand names,
indulge in fantastic BBQ food, there is a bar and live music well into the
evening (11pm finish).
