Correction to SARL weekly news 2016/07/31

We regret that in the SARL weekly news bulletin of 2016/07/31 Ettienne
Vosloo ZS1AX was inadvertently left off. Our apologies to Ettiene
ZS1AX.

The new council consists of NINE councilors after the resignation of
