Training weekend & Foundation Exam

On the weekend of the 4th & 5th February Trainers form the club held
another successful training & Exam weekend.

Congratulations to Harry, Dan and Jason on soon to be gaining their M6 call
signs after passing the Foundation Exam.

Two other students Dan and Gavin did their training and will take their
exam on the 4th March.

The students who passed their exam have expressed a wish to take their
intermediate exam and it is hoped this will start very soon.

The club wish to thank the First Brede Scout group for allowing us to use
their facilities for the weekend. Also Antony G4CUS, Mike M0EDU, Phil
G3MGQ, Steve M0SSR Â*and Martin M0MJU Exam Secretary for their assistance
in making the weekend a success.

The next Foundation course is planned for some time in June 2017. If you
