It is... or it is not... illegal to operate a two-way radio while driving
in the state of California.



This isnt a multiple choice test. Its the way things are under a broad but
ambiguous statute on distracted driving passed by the state General
Assembly last year. The statute was aimed at cell phone/texting use, but...

Using AppleScript with Fldigi And RUMLogNG

This AppleScript makes logging into RUMLogNG from Fldigi a breeze.



There are at least a couple of different ways to get this AppleScript
working with RUMLogNG and Fldigi. This is a simple method and includes
various helpful links and the script itself for RUMLogNG.



The equipment: An old iMac, Icom 7300, one USB cable, RUMLogNG, Fldigi and
of course the AppleScript.
