ATHENS, Ohio -- The Athens County Amateur Radio Association
(ACARA) will hold its 38th annual hamfest on Sunday, April 30. Just a few
weeks before Dayton, its a good time to catch the spring "hamfest bug" and
tune up your bartering skills for the "big one" in May. And, for those
wanting to upgrade their licenses...

Coastal Amateur Radio Society Tailgate Swapmeet - Hamfest





When: Saturday, April 29th, 2017 - 8 AM till 3 PM



Whe Savannah Airport Recreation Facility, 250 Crossroads Parkway,
Pooler, GA



Format: Tailgate type swap with free spaces



Other activities: Prize raffle, transmitter fox hunt, talk-in on local
repeaters.



Raffle tickets : $2.00 ea or 6 for $10 – available from members, need not
be present to win.
