ARES Program Updated

Its about time! I have been a ham now for over 20 years, and in that I have
been a member of our local ARES group as well. During that time the
requirements for being a member has changed on the program level but has
changed on our local level. With the introduction of the NIMS system over
15 years ago, our local group implemented the requirements of the IC-100
and IC-800 course to be able to participate in the group. This was mainly
done in response to the agencies
