FCC Actions

The FCC has extended the temporary freeze on minor change applications that
would effect the deleted licenses of Entertainment Media Trust’s four
former AMs in the St. Louis area: 1190 KQQZ Fairview Heights IL, 1430 KZQZ
St. Louis, 1490 KFTK East St. Louis IL, and 1510 WQQW Highland IL. The four
allocations will be part of the FCCs auction on July 27 and the freeze will
expire on the day following the deadline for long-form applications for
winning bidders.

Billy R. Autrys Gospel The Change 1110 WKRA and 92.7 WKRA-FM Holly Springs
MS were fined a combined $6000 for failing to file timely license renewals.
The stations were supposed to file their license renewals by February 3,
2020 but did not until May 20, 2020.

The FCC has entered into Consent Decree with The Lutheran University
Associations 95.1 WVUR-FM Valparaiso IN and Arkansas Broadcasting
Foundations 88.3 KABF Little Rock AR over issues with their license renewal
applications. The agreement states that both WVUR-FM and KABF are to
implement a comprehensive compliance plan to ensure future compliance with
its online public inspection file obligations and, one year after entering
into the Consent Decree, submit a compliance report to the Audio Division.

The FCC has cancelled the $3000 fine against Blount County Broadcasting
Corp.s 1470 WBCR Alcoa TN and $1500 fine against John Burdettes 101.5
W268BM Jasper AL for their inability to pay. Both licensees were fined for
failing to file timely license renewal applications.
Deletions

Paulino Bernal’s La Radio Cristiana Network has turned in the license of
106.3 KERB-FM Kermit TX. A sale of of KERB-FM in July 2019 to Isaac Brenda
Diaz for $150,000 never closed.
