Not according to the NAB, which stated pure-play streamers are not
“well-positioned to participate in the existing EAS ecosystem." The NAB has
requested the FCC report to Congress that enabling EAS alerts to consumers

Brian Oake Returns to Radio

iHeartMedia's Cities 97.1 in Minneapolis has hired Brian Oake to take over
the morning show. Oake worked afternoons at what was then Cities 97, before
becoming the morning show co-host in 2012 alongside Keri Noble.

Bloomberg/iHeart Podcast Agreement

Bloomberg Media and iHeartMedia have signed an exclusive multiyear
agreement to co-produce and distribute more than a dozen new original
podcasts. The agreement will also include the distribution of Bloomberg
Media’s existing slate of over 20 podcasts through the iHeartPodcast
Network.
