Good idea, Dee. That will give two weeks rather than
one since the rules change.

I recall that immediately after the restructuring of 2000,
hams who upgraded reported delays of up to several
weeks before their info showed up in the FCC database,
due to volume at both the VECs and FCC.

Look for the next post full of ARS numbers around
March 9th.
