Default Any new guesses on change in ARS numbers

Not a new guess but a snapshot of where we stand now:

The total number of current unexpired FCC-issued amateur radio
licenses, held by individuals of all license classes has increased
from 654,680 on February 23, 2007 to 654,893 on July 23, 2007. That's
five months.

An increase of 213 hams, which works out to .033% (rounded to three
significant figures).
