The deadline for receipt of returned ballots in the current British
Columbia Section Manager election has been extended by ten (10) days to
1200 EDST, September 30, 2007.

This change has been made to address uncontrollable and unforeseen
circumstances that caused a delay in the mailing of ballots to those RAC
members who are qualified to vote in the election.
