Why would this group need to be moderated? There is very little spam in
here and contrary to delusional people, there are few off topic posts here.
I think anyone attempting to moderate this group would do it for purely
control freak issues and personal problems. It would probably kill the group
and the usual crowd probably won't like it and they would start up an
unmoderated newsgroup for ba.broadcasting. I find that a better tool than
moderating is the killfile or block sender function.

I just spoke with the Sprint backbone administrator who told me to except
moduration to begin in January. He said they are going after spammers and
those who trade in doggy porn too. Art Bell NG will be disbanded per request
from Art Bell and his lawyers.
