BILLY JACK MOORE, 83, of Memphis, passed away on June 29, 2007 at the
Methodist North Hospital. Billy was retired from At&T after 35 years.
He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He was a 33rd degree
Mason with the Desoto Lodge #299......no mention of the BARF (Better
Amateur Radio Federation)

was w4fqf's Polly Parrot's brain-dead QRM'ing partner, they would
operate split one on 14.311 and the other on 14.315 to obliterate
14.313 - it's so comfy seeing these old 20 Meter QRM'ers dropping like
