Are you referring to the Marconi site in Marshall, or the ex-RCA KPH sites at Pt. Reyes and Bolinas? AFAIK the KPH sites have pretty good "proteksia" at the NPS because of the restoration. I haven't been at the sites or involved with the group for four years now but I don't think things have changed.
