Average, above average, and below average citizens have access to radio --
CB, FRS, GMRS, MURS with no tests. The best way to get the average citizen in to ham radio is to pass the tests -- The FCC sed that You did that when you got your drivers license -- didn't you ??? How did you get thru school, el, hi, college -- took the damn tests -- right? Achieve me buckos, can do, be all you can be -- take the damn test!
