Actually, it's doubtful that many people will benefit. The denser neighborhoods
already have DSL and/or cable. Will BPL be faster or cheaper? No!

Yesterday I got a flyer from an outfit offering unlimited DSL, long distance
and local calling for under $90/month. Can BPL beat that?
