Yes, thast *is* the point, indeed. As you well know being able to recognize Morse
characters written on paper has nothing whatever to do with copying in off a radio. It
exhibits so little knowledge as to be of no value.
No one can copy by ear or any other way with no more than that.

Which shows yojust how flawed and clueless the entire No Code Agenda has always been.
