Default dual band radios that transmit frs channels

Which is perfectly legal. The FCC has no jurisdiction
over personal property, so you can use your personal
radio, which is your personal property, any way you
desire. Our local ham radio club boasts a membership
of over 300. At least half the membership have modified
ham gear, which they use on Fam Radio, GMRS, Business
band, CB, etc. One member has an air conditioning repair
business, and his trucks use two meters to communicate.

One has to believe that you have never read Part 97 (or 95).
Or if you did, you read it while drunk.
