LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP TO NCI.

I tried to get you a membership in some organization, but I haven't been
able to find one with standards low enough to accept you. But don't give up
hope yet - there is still several days till Christmas and I've found a Ham
Radio Club in Gyzylarbat, Turkmenistan, that has shown some small interest
in accepting your membership.
