He does Dave, but he can't pass the test, that is why he has his shorts
in such a wad over us who did.

He has the option of taking the no-code exam and I have every confidence
that he could pass it. He won't though, as if he's really showing us by
denying himself the license. It won't effect me one way or the other if
Leonard Anderson never obtains an amateur radio license.
