they are very good on returns, my friend bought a used antenna from
them, sent it back and they did not charge him a restocking fee. there is one dealer www.radios4you.com /(electronic-specialties on eBay) that does not give refunds under most situations. from their website: 5. All Sales Final. Sorry we do not offer a satisfaction warranty and do not accept returns. Reasonable attempts will be made to provide an upgrade solution if requested and the original product is returned in new condition.
