Are the exams online? What's the beginner exam, Technician?

Also these exams select from the question pool at random so you need to
study the entire pool (or the material from which the pool is developed).
So you are unlikely to get the particular group of questions that you see on
any particular practice exam.

I'm glad to see that someone mentioned that the online ones are PRACTICE exams.
You still have to take the exam that counts in person at a test session to
actually get a license.
