Default BPL - a curious twist to consider !

In article , Dr. Anton T. Squeegee
writes:

Personally, I'm waiting for the first incidence of BPL interfering
with HF communications from FEMA, the Coast Guard, the FAA, ARINC, or
other federally-related HF/VHF radio services.

It's only going to take one failure to get a VIP's message through
to shut the whole thing down cold, methinks.

Look down the list of documents on docket 03-104 in the ECFS.
You will see one sent by the Federal Communications Commission.
That is a public statement snarling back at ARINC about their
"alleged" problem of being interfered with at one station and the
FCC techs couldn't find evidence of it. Kind of a long one.

By the 26th it might be around 50 to 100 messages back from the
most current document. There were 5,813 documents in the ECFS
on 03-104 at the close of business on the 25th of March.
