Who has the highest degree of highschool graduates? (HS can still be waived in some cases) Which branch has the highest percentage of personnel presnetly enrolled in degree completion programs right now? I had a High School diploma, no police record, peed clean, and scored real high on the exams. Best of Luck on that one. Why? Why do I need "luck" dealing with you...?!?! Because you are stumbling.
