From experience, I would advise you not to depend on realtors, or anyone else who has an interest in the sale, to inform you concerning restrictive covenants. It's really not in their interest. The best thing to do when you find a property in which you are interested is to go to the courthouse and look up the information yourself. 73, Bob AD3K KØHB wrote: ...
