To not get that is to not get it. - Mike KB3EIA - Incorrect. If there is no disagreement, then anonymity is just peachy. But it is their anonymity that is -attacked- when there is a disagreement, i.e., Steve calls them cowardly scum for hiding behind a mask. But I am not Steve! What a broad paintbrush we paint with. - Mike KB3EIA - You tolerate it, even condone it. What a broad zone of tolerance you have for the PCTA, and how narrow it gets... I tolerate Leo too. Tolerance isn't in fashion much these days. Too bad. Why do you state the obvious? PCTA don't allow a single bit of tolerance for those who do not love, honor, and cherish the beloved morse code. A few might blow air-kisses at NCTA in an attempt to demonstrate their "tolerance," but that is just lip-service. ARS = Archaic Radiotelegraphy Society to the PCTA. |

Tolerance isn't in fashion much these days. Too bad. Why do you state the obvious? Sometimes the obvious needs stated. You clearly know that. It's quite obvious there is little (nearly zero) tolerance of NCTAs by the PCTA. In here. You knew that...but, lacking a good comeback, you mumble into your keyboard a lot of null sentence content. :-) PCTA don't allow a single bit of tolerance for those who do not love, honor, and cherish the beloved morse code. Uh huh. Well, that's how it is with the ARS [Archaic Radiotelegraphy Society] If the code test goes, the PCTA extras lose their main bragging right statement. Tsk. A few might blow air-kisses at NCTA in an attempt to demonstrate their "tolerance," but that is just lip-service. How do you *know* that? Observation. With open eyes. :-) Take in all, don't bury head in sand to avoid hearing independent thoughts. Let the ARRL by your radio hobby "Miss Manners" and Tell You What You Should Do, implant all the "correct" thoughts you should think. They've done that for many years. Lots of hams follow their lead to the letter. [in psywar circles that is termed "brainwashing"] Always reject "improper" thoughts expressed by anyone else. League would like that. Follow them like lemmings. Not me. Been in real communications radio on HF and am open to all ideas, not those that were "official" back before I was born. Independent thinking is not for the faint of heart...or those who feel they get their "chops busted" when someone rejects their "official" opinions. |
