If the ARRL can have a bulletin service, so can he. But who does he represent? ARRL has a well earned and trusted reputation. K1MAN, on the otherhand, is a callous, self-appreciating thug. If we read the latest enforcement letters, the bulletin "service" is *not* an issue. Not being an issue, it is not germane to any enforcement or legal actions. Scofflaws usually provide multiple ways to be tripped up.... The ARRL also has stuff For Sale on their web site too, so that argument holds no merit with me. The ARRL site does not offer financial incentives on it's site for "Section Managers" to recruit, a clear violation of pecuniary interest in both the most strict and liberal interpretations.
