bulletins. Or it's broadcasting show information bulletins. Or, it's
showing information broadcast bulletins. At any rate, it's illegal and

if it's illegal as you claim prove it. As I've stated on here many
time before, show me a rule and regulation, show me a FCC order, you

It's right there in part 97, which as a LICENSED ham, you are supposed
to be familiar with - no broadcasting.
Many people have already tried to enlighten you to that fact but you
are retarded and do not understand.

Broadcasting: Transmision INTENDED FOR RECEPTION BY THE GERNERAL
PUBLIC, either direct or relayed

Information Bulletin: A message DIRECTED ONLY TO AMATEUR RADIO
OPERATORS consisting solely of subject matter of direct interest to the
amateur service.

97.111(b)In addition to one-way transmission specifically authorized
elsewhere in this part, an amateur station MAY TRANSMIT THE FOLLOWING
TYPE OF ONE-WAY COMMUNICATION:

(6) Transmissions necessary to disseminate information bulletins.

97.113( An amateur station shall not engage in any form of
broadcasting, nor may an amateur station transmit one-way
communications EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PORVIDED IN THESE RULES; nor
shall an amateur station engage in any activity related to program
production or news gathering for broadcasting purposes, except that
communications directly related to the immediate safety of human life
or the protection of property may be provided by amateur stations to
broadcasters for dissemination to the public where no other means of
communication is reasonably available before or at the time of the
event
