It's right there in the items you quoted. Now, QRZ says that you are 36 years old. I assume you have graduated from High School and probably have some liberal arts Associate's degree from Podunk University. Go back and re-read the very items YOU quoted from Part 97. I'll keep this message intact and will use it as reference tomorrow...Sooner if you respond to it before then. Try, Tod...try reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeal hard to pay attention this time. Steve, K4YZ |

Toddy,
Find an attorney that specializes in, or has even a rudimentary understanding of communications law. It won't cost you very much, if anything for a short consultation. He will read part 97 to you and explain it. |

I know Dam well what it says, but I think you and all your butt buddies
on here don't. The difference between a Information Bulletin and a Broadcast is (and even a little smart ass like bathwhoreman and his little bitch julie on here could understand). A Information bulletin is a message directed only to the amateur operators consisting solely of subject matter of direct interest to the Amateur service. A Broadcast is A Transmissions intended for reception by the general public, either direct or relayed. There's the difference, A information bulletin is directed to the amateur radio community, even if it's opinionated as long as it directed to the amateur radio service it's a "information bulletin" and is legal. if the program is directed to the general public then it's a broadcast. |

What you have to say is of *no* direct interest to the Amateur Service. |

I DO WITH MY STATION OR HOW I SHOULD EXERCISE MY RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH AND 2. YOU AND YOUR LITTLE BITCHWHORE BOYFRIENDS ON HERE ARE A SMALL MINORITY. SO HERE'S A LITTLE IDEA FOR YOU AND YOUR LITTLE SLUT ON THIS NEWSGROUP, YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO WITH MY STATION SO WHY DON'T YOU AND YOUR LITTLE ASS ****ING BOYFIRENDS GO AND DICTATE TO SOMEONE ELSE ON HOW THEY SHOULD USE THEIR FREE SPEECH. YOU ****ING COMMIE BASARDS. N9OGL Bathrooman wrote: EXACTLY!! That is what we have been trying to tell numbnuts.
