It's right there in part 97, which as a LICENSED ham, you are supposed
to be familiar with - no broadcasting. Many people have already tried to enlighten you to that fact but you are retarded and do not understand. |

Find an attorney that specializes in, or has even a rudimentary understanding of communications law. It won't cost you very much, if anything for a short consultation. He will read part 97 to you and explain it. |
