They know how to properly close the contacts, form a character, and move on. They do so with their pinkie finger extended, and have no dirt under their nails. Agreed. Amateur morsemen are the very EPITOME of "radio operators." None are their equal. They are Superhams, faster than a speeding TTY, able to jump tall pile-ups at a single bound. They wear hair shirts emblazoned with a Big S and carry shiny Raddio Kopp shields to ward off evildoers speaking of Change.
