Bull****. The United States ARMY started MARS...but
under a different name before WW2. Tsk. Davie ought

MARS always was and remains a MILITARY radio system.
A small one, about as effective as having special
services put on shows and entertainment. Morale

fixed-point to fixed-point communications a half century
