Timed Results
CW - 90 seconds to a correct written message.
TEXT - 108 seconds to a correct message.

In three further contests with three further teenagers CW was the
winner.

Even when not allowed to use abbreviations, and when required to write
it down, the CW (Morse Code) ops won.

Of this I have no doubt, Jim. I think the CW the experimenters are
using on 150 KHz will beat cell phone text messaging. It is an awful method.

BUT! that gave me an idea. If a cell phone mfg. were to offer a method
of keying morse messages, some of these kids may "discover" Morse code.
Imagine, a little iambic key on a cell phone.......
