Wogie does indeed have a Master's degree. You see, he applied for a job
down at the river at a fishing dock for the job of baiter, helping
people who came to fish, bait their hooks. He started off as a baiter
trainee, after six months moved up to associate baiter, then on to
general baiter. Now after two years he has finally reached the lofty
position of Master Baiter.
