Why is Roger's Commercial License not in the FCC data base?
Roger remains curiously silent, after he was challenged to
explain why his Commercial FCC license, which he claims was passed before a FCC examiner in 1976, does not appear in the FCC's data base? Could it be because a list of his excuses (lies) was posted in advance? Perhaps the DeVry master degree boy has never had said license? Let me know if you want me to post the link to the FCC's data base again Roger? |

http://wireless.fcc.gov/uls/ is, however. Do a name search, "Wiseman, Roger L. and see if three items don't come up. Dumb****! I didn't know the FCC could issue callsigns that start with "R" "RR00025000" is Roger's "Restricted Operator" license call sign. At least that's what the ULS web page says under "Callsign" :-) I suppose "Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit" is what they call a commercial license nowadays. |

Actually Actually, you flunked out of freshman year community college, and got a certificate, that's the best you can do, Butt Cornholed. Where's that "First Class Radiotelephone " license you claim to have? Oh, that's right it's obsolete, just like your Advanced ham license. BWHAHAHAHAHAHA!! |

So where is your 2nd Class ticket, So where is your many licenses save your obsolete one, obsolete license boy? chubby Hardly, FATASSED Butt Cornholed. *two-test* boy? No, Can't pass the Extra test Boy. Roger was only retested once. You lose as usual. What does your middle initial L stand for *two-test*? Lloydie? What does your inability to pass a simple Extra exam make you, Obsolete license boy? You enjoy using that Yep. And at least I could pass it if I was retested. You can't even pass it the FIRST time. BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! |
If you'd have bothered to check others in the database, you'd see that all Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permits have the RR prefix. Dumbass! The prefix "RR" belongs to Russia, fartknocker.... ;-) |
You enjoy using that Yep. And at least I could pass it if I was retested. You can't even pass it the FIRST time. BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! \ You are our idol, Two Test. You are renowned, infamous and much discussed. You, Two Test, are the only contributor to this newsgroup who has had "invitations" sent you via the FCC to be mandatorily re-examined. I'm sure Riley did this purely from the goodness of his FCC heart, didn't he? Riley obviously thinks about you quite often since you are on his personal mailing list. Not many Hams can boast of this. |
Woger believes his Restricted Phone Permit is some sort of technical credential, similar to his belief that a DeVry "masters" degree earned via correspondence is some sort of academic credential. For the former, you fill out a FCC form, and for the latter, you complete ten simple open book "quizzes" and mail in your payment, sort of like a diploma mill. ROTFLMAO! |

And then there's lots of foreign languages that I don't know. I doubt that there is anyone out there who doesn't know an encyclopedia's worth of knowledge... Robert, I bet there are even some things about electrical engineering you don't know, but wogie can fill you in. Get him to explain to you all about negative SWR and RMS voltage. LOLOLOL!!!!! Notice wogie called you a 'kiddie diddler'. He is always accusing others of such activities, when in reality it is probably he who engages in those activities and accuses others in a lame attempt to vindicate his sorry self. The guy need professional help really bad. |

People who have a FCC Restricted Operator Permit and a masters degree from DeVry, earned via correspondence, are generally considered to have an encyclopedia's worth of knowledge. Should you doubt that, just ask Woger, he will be glad to tell you. Of course, you will have to first filter out all the childish filth & profanity that normally accompanies a reply from Roger. |
