Actually, it's an ultralight...Or it WAS an ultralight until your
illegal modification with a 10 gallon tank which invalidated it's
blanket coverage under Part 103 of the FAA's rules and regulations.

It's not presently licensed as either an "experimental" or as a
"light sport aircraft" either, so if you fly it, you are doing so
illegally.

And you're not licensed either, Todd...as of this morning's ACB
update, there's no "Todd E Daugherty" in their database...No
medical...No airman's certificate...No nothing...

Go figure.
