Did you know that Hiram Percy Maxim's uncle invented the *Maxim machine gun*? Yup. Hiram Percy invented the automobile muffler and a gun silencer among other things. Dave K8MN Yup. Then the GCA 68 uninvented it. I guess most folks preferred loud, annoying gunfire. |
