Let me put it into simpler terms for you, Mr. Slime. Val Germann was
"OK" because he was #3 in the example below. He duped the Pro-Code
Test folks because although he didn't Know Code, he wanted to. And he
was so believable to them because he dissed the No-Coders. They
absolutely loved him.

Merely because you are a PCTA insider/double-standard holder.

Everyone on the Morse Code Test side fawned all over Val Germann. He
busted on the scene saying all the right things and dissing the
No-Coders. But in the end, he pulled the wool over your eyes because
he was a slick-talking salesman with no substance behind him. And it
was soooo easy.
