all he has to do is apologize for" raped an old firend" and his other
forgeies, and stop them in future

indeed it doesn't even have to be all that sincere of an apology in any
case i will hardly belive it evn if it happens

agree to stop making references to people's family and sex lifes,
physcial or mental health

or of course if he prefers he can leave RRAP if want this to stop
without apologzing that will work too although it take awhile
