Volume? Edition? Page? Author?

Any FACTS to back this up?

Any place in ANY "arrl manual" that specifies a law that says an
QSL card can NOT be sued for ANY OTHER PURPOSE...?!?!

BTW...KC8VKZ's QRZ listing showed almost 21,000 hits when I
looked. Seems a lot of other Amateurs are gearing up to send him a QSL
card, Markie.

You figure all 21,000 of them (20,998 if you don't count you and
I) don't know about this alleged reference of yours?
