the only way t get the license without the exam wouldbe to bride some
VE's possible but hardly worthwhile

Why would marrying a Canadian Amateur get you an American Amateur
Radio license...?!?!

Canadian's must take an examination too, Markie...married or
otherwise!

News/Markie:

Correct me if I am wrong, but:

A) the Tech exam is 35 multiple choice questions
B) anyone who knows the answers could complete it in 15-20 minutes
C) 5 and 6 year old children have passed the exam
D) IMO, anyone who ever took high school physics and spends 5 minutes
reviewing the section on regulations has a decent chance to pass
without any study
E) you do not need to take one of the many instructional classes, you
can go right in to the exam
F) the exam is under $10
G) there are frequent VE sessions in many different places, sponsored
by radio clubs, often connected with ham fest and flea markets
H) any legal workaround would be more difficult than just taking the
test, documenting being educated in one of those professions
I) does it make sense to do something illegal with federal penalties,
just to avoid taking a simple test that a child could pass?

Your posting and replies have taken you longer than studying for the
test. But you would rather troll. Maybe it is better that you are not
on the air.
Happy trails,

Good lord man! Pull the Corona beer bottle out of your ass and learn to read
what you type! You obviously are one of those that never learned to touch
type and stare at the keyboard as if someone moved the keys since you last
attempted typing. For that problem, most use spell checkers.
