Tell us about working those out of banders again. There's FCC paper which indicates that you've done so. A warning letter is just a notice of ALLEGED interference, and warned of consequences. It indicates an impermissible activity ocurred, but by its nature is neither proof of the activity, nor guarantee of the validity of the evidence, if any. There is no paper from any country which indicates that I've done anything to break the amateur radio regulations of any country. Liar. You're busy measuring others by your own pathetic standards.
