As it's Friday afternoon, I'm sure the Complete Buffoon (CB) who seems
to speak Copious Bowlocks (CB) when it comes to matters scientific,
will be along soon with his Chattering Balderdash (CB), in which he
might explain a previous posting maintaining that electrons 'whizz
about'.

On the other hand, he just might carry on ranting about the Copper's
Boot (CB) and trying to make a Casus Bellum (CB) out of it. After all,
Cui Bono (CB), as one might ask?

Quite, - there is some wobble and skin effect.

With DC there is movement in one direction however the speed is in the
orders of inches per hour so that's pretty much nil too IMHO ;-)
