It's a simple, and fair, requirement in any debate that if it's your
assertion to make, then it's your assertion to prove. Where's your
proof?

If there really was such important breaking news in support of K1MAN,
you would be shouting it from the rooftops, and with the exact web
addresses from the FCC, the ARRL, or other definitive source containing
this valuable information (k1man.com doesn't count).

The jaded readers of this newsgroup have seen many, many posters come
traipsing through here over the years spouting all kinds of bizarre
claims. Of course, with the caveat that the supporting evidence can't
be revealed, or won't be believed, or is too hard to find, or even (as
you are trying to assert in your case) is the responsibility of the
skeptics to find. In 99.9% of these claims, we can confidently call
"B.S." Either the claim is not true, or has been greatly exaggerated,
and the evidence, or lack thereof, underscores this point.

Facts:

- There has been no FCC or court action since the upholding of K1MAN's
$21,000 forfeiture in March of 2006:

http://www.fcc.gov/eb/Orders/2006/DA-06-663A1.html

(Search Google with "site:fcc.gov Glenn Baxter")

- The alleged case that overturns the FCC's Red Light Rule has turned
out to be a fake. The quick removal of it from the K1MAN web site is
a fairly clear, implicit acknowledgment of this fact.

or at least evidence or in this case just making a meanful claim

Who said anyone was 'debating' ? Is this a college course?
Is this a political contest?

What are you talking about? I don't recall anyone
giving you the option of deciding which source counts and which
doesn't. Oh, Nevermind, I forgot, you are *in charge*
ROTFLMAO!

FACTS you say? The Democrat Party and other leftists like
Bill & Hillary Clinton, Murtha, Kerry, Chuckie Schumer,
Ted Kennedy, etc. taught us a long time ago that "facts"
mean nothing.

Well... Perhaps but bad hams get the boot from the FCC, eventually
anyway.

With the Red Light Rule in full force and the fine affirmed there is no
doubt that K1MAN will be a highly prized vanity call in about 2 years.
Unless he decides to pay up or cut a deal with his arch rivals at the
FCC.

Interesting development... The removal of the fake court case about the
Red Light Rule from his web site... Wonder if he knew it was fake when
he posted it... Funny that it showed within 2 days of the first
mention of this rule in this news group.. Then disappears almost as
fast when it is shown to be false... Draw your own conclusions.

If good men always win, does that mean bad men always loose?
